Hi there!, and welcome to my site. In the past few years, I’ve started and quit blogs a few times, first being really motivated, then slowly losing interest and eventually quitting after some time. So why bother again? I really enjoy learning everything about running, health, spirituality and philosophy. I also love to share these things with the people close to me. The idea of being able to share some of what I learn with a wider audience makes me really excited, and I would love to build a place where I can do just that.
Some interesting stuff about myself
My name is Lars, and I am currently working as a Software Engineer in the Netherlands. I love to read, run, exercise, and explore the inner world with mindfulness and spirituality. I’m also a sucker for a good cup of coffee, or a beautiful hike. My biggest passion is ultra running, and I want to share that here on the blog as well. I started my journey of endurance running about 5 years ago, when I signed up for my first marathon. After a long journey with lot’s of high’s and lows, I still have a deep passion for ultra endurance. Along that journey, I picked up the interests of spirituality and philosophy, that have certainly helped me with becoming a better athlete.
What to expect in the near future
In the upcoming weeks, I will be releasing more articles on endurance, physical and mental health and spirituality and philosophy. The plan is to start sharing these articles on this blog as well as my social media. The focus of the articles and content is to help you become the best version of yourself through health, philosophy and spirituality.
I’ll also be sharing some of my own journey with you, as I am constantly trying new things and learning myself. I believe that striving to be the best version of yourself means trying new things, getting uncomfortable, and developing a deep discipline.
What this site is for
As someone who is curious about body, mind and soul, I want to explore these aspects here. My wish is for this site to be a place where people go to learn about health, mind and soul. The content will mostly focus on guides, tools and protocols, that will help you grow in those area’s of your life. I also will share different resources such as books, but also personal experience and stories that will be of value.
